Dressing My Baby Bump I Black Friday Steals

I am so glad this baby bump has made it’s biggest (lol, get it?) appearance in the fall and winter months here in Minnesota *queue big sweaters, sweats, and uggs*. Dressing it up was fun and easy for the first little while, but now that I am in the last month of this pregnancy it has been rather challenging. However I am not going to deny that it is mostly my fault because I refused to buy many maternity clothes.

When I did finally bite the bullet and buy a few cute pieces to add to my maternity wardrobe I looked at brands like PinkBlush for a few reason. First, they offer maternity clothes that aren’t frumpy, accommodate a growing bump and can be worn after pregnancy (most pieces are designed for a bump or not).

We all know Black Friday is quickly approaching and I got a little tip that PinkBlush is having their BIGGEST SALE OF THE YEAR. Therefore, I wanted to feature three pieces by them and give you all the details on the rest of the out fit. Oh yes, and I have a special discount code to share with you to shop PinkBlush: Use the code BLACKFRIDAY for additional discounts!

Sorry for all the caps, discounts excite me.

Don’t forget to enter the 75$ PinkBlush gift card giveaway being hosted on my Instagram HERE > All of the rules are laid out in that post! It’s simple, you just need to tell me which look is your favorite: 1, 2, or 3!

Anyways – let’s dive into the 3 ways I styled this 38 week bump using 3 key pieces from PinkBlush! This MN weather is too crazy too, all of these pictures were taken in the same week and you can see how much the weather has varied!

LOOk 1

Grey Maxi Dress / Boots (similar here)Jacket

This dress caught my eye because of the fit. I love a good long sleeve dress. I can see myself wearing this in multiple seasons too despite it being maxi and long sleeve. We spend tons of time on the boat in the summer and it would make a great swimsuit cover up for the cooler nights. For the fall and almost winter season here in MN, I love how this look turned out – simple and classic! I am not a huge necklace person but could see this dressed up easily with a statement piece.

LOOk 2

Buttoned Long Sleeve Henly / Denim / Boots / Beanie (similar) / Vest (faux, similar) / Lipstick (MAC – Honeylove)

I only purchased one pair of maternity jeans and they are the kind with stretchy sides and they ride super low. Meaning, I need a longer top to hide the belly that would otherwise hang out! In this look, I paired a denim with this striped PinkBlush henley.

Henley’s are probably my favorite long sleeve type of shirt, . Especially when they feature buttons like this one does. This shirt is extremely soft too, I hope to get good wear out of this when breastfeeding (another thing I haven’t boughten clothes in mind for) because of the buttons and soft stretchy fabric. This look, while it started fairly simple was easily spruced up by layering with a vest and adding a beanie!

LOOK 3

Flannel Dress / Leggings / Boots (similar) / Teddy Coat / Lipstick (MAC – Spirit)

Ahh, a classic plaid dress. If not checkered, I love love love myself a good plaid pattern like this! The colors in this remind me of the holidays and of the 4th of July, again a smart purchase that can be worn in multiple seasons and with or without a bump.

I decided to layer this with leggings and boots due to this cold MN weather, however it is plenty long to be styled without! This teddy coat is SO awesome as well, it is from Nordstrom Rack (tagged above) and it comes in 4 colors.

So, which look is your favorite? Where do you plan to snag some good deals this Black Friday? Better start working on your list!
